Powerful things happen when Signarama store owners get together – which is why the UK network holds quarterly meetings to share best practice, identify emerging industry trends and look at new products.
Signarama’s latest national network meeting was hosted last week in Leicester by strategic supply partner Signfab UK LTD, the UK’s leading trade only sign manufacturer who fabricate metal and acrylic signs for Signarama. The visit was arranged to broaden the franchisees product knowledge as part of the ongoing training and support provided to franchisees by the Signarama UK Business Support team.
Said SignFab UK LTD General Manager Mike Smith: “It was good to meet so many enthusiastic Franchisees with the dedication to succeed, which is a tribute to why Signarama are so successful, its always a surprise for customers who visit Signfab UK LTD when they see the variety of products being made around the factory, and get a good understanding how Signfab UK LTD can help boost Signarama’s manufacturing and industry knowledge and to take away the “fear factor” of those big jobs. On behalf of the team a big thank you for choosing Signfab UK LTD for your network meeting and we look forward to hosting the next Signarama meeting in the near future.”
Franchisees from across England were joined by Caroline O’Neill, owner of Signarama Dublin which turns over 850,000 Euros a year. She has been trading for 14 years and has a wealth of valuable knowledge and expertise which she happily shares with her UK colleagues.
Said Signarama UK Managing Director Aliyah-Begum Nasser: “One of the great benefits of being a Signarama franchisee is being part of a professional, mutually supportive network. Many independent sign centres operate in isolation with no-one to call on for business or technical support, but here at Signarama franchisees can get advice from many different sources; our UK business support team, other franchisees and our top-quality supplier partners which include Signfab UK LTD.
“Although the network keeps in touch regularly using latest technology such as WhatsApp and Skype, you can’t beat face to face meetings. Everyone agrees that it’s worth making the time to attend our national meetings and that they get a lot out of them. Many of the stores are performing ahead of budget and I am sure the support they receive from us and each other through get togethers such as this has a big role to play.
“We’d like to thank Mike Smith and his team at SignFab for hosting us. We were impressed with their facilities and everyone left Leicester buzzing with new ideas.”
